Job summary

Responsibilities

Daily monitoring of applications/systems and enterprise systems, ensuring integrity and availability.
Install, update, configure, and monitor systems; coordinate with IT groups for permissions and security.
Investigate and resolve software/hardware problems; manage problem recognition, research, and resolution.
Lead crisis calls and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Prepare standard reports; document solutions and communicate progress.
Maintain licensing compliance and coordinate vendor licensing programs.
