Job summary

Circuit Mind is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and value realization across enterprise accounts. You will work with our Sales team to support retention, renewals and growth, turning hardware engineering teams into power users of the Circuit Mind platform.

You will lead design projects, guide customers, and travel frequently to customer sites to ensure successful implementations and ongoing adoption by engineers and leaders.

Qualifications

• Background as an electronics engineer with leadership experience.
• Ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
• Strong communication with engineers and executives.
• Track record in driving retention, expansion or growth.
• Solid knowledge of electronics design principles and ECAD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and define a vision for AI-powered hardware development.
• Lead account reviews showing ROI and progress against milestones.
• Identify automation opportunities in customers' design workflows and run workshops.
• Collaborate with Sales to support retention, renewals and expansion.
• Deliver end-to-end electronics design projects on the Circuit Mind platform and troubleshoot issues.
