Job summary

Celersoft seeks a Storage Services Lead to design, manage, and optimize enterprise storage and backup solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and data protection across mission-critical systems including EPIC integrations.

You will lead operational teams, drive strategy, ensure ITIL-aligned processes, and guide multi-protocol environments (NFS/SMB/iSCSI/FC) while coordinating with onsite teams for global support.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Pure Storage, Isilon/PowerScale and EPIC in healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of SAN/NAS architecture, data replication, snapshots, deduplication and DR/HA solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Automation scripting using Python or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Pure Storage, Isilon and EPIC storage environments.
• Provisioning, LUN masking, zoning and capacity planning.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for storage clusters and performance issues.
• Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of NAS/SAN storage.
• Coordinate with onsite teams for delivery and incidents.
