Job summary

Luminance is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to work across Sales, Product and Customer Success, enabling enterprise customers to connect with our platform quickly and efficiently. You’ll implement integrations, build developer resources, and help customers accelerate their success.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, own technical engagements, and ensure seamless workflows across major platforms while growing your expertise in Luminance’s AI platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field with GPA 3.5+ (US) or 2:1+ (UK)
• At least 3 years at a SaaS vendor, preferably in AI and/or cybersecurity
• Strong technical skills in software development, system integration, and creating developer resources (APIs, SDKs, docs)
• Experience in Full Stack web development and cloud architecture
• Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, Python or similar languages
• Articulate and confident in customer-facing roles with clear technical communication
• Experience in a customer-facing technical team collaborating with developer personas

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product Specialists and Customer Success Managers to deliver effortless technical experiences.
• Act as a technical expert on Luminance’s platform to support sales in converting prospects to customers by highlighting integration benefits.
• Get hands-on and build integrations for customers to create seamless workflows across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Slack and other platforms.
• Create and maintain customer-facing API documentation and reference architectures to assist developers.
• Coordinate with Support and Technical Operations to resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Understand use cases and integration requirements to advise customers on best solutions and potential iterations.
