Job summary

enGen seeks an experienced Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise architecture strategies aligning business capabilities with technology. You will facilitate consultations with business customers to define processes and enabling technologies, and design large systems balancing functional, service quality, and governance needs.

Must have 3 years IT discipline experience, a Bachelor's in IT, and US Citizenship. Preferred Master’s degree.

• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers defining processes and enabling technologies.
• Designs large/complex systems and ensures integration of multiple systems and policies.
• Identify and lead significant improvement programs and communicate requirements across departments.
• Resolve architecture and business problems and engage in problem resolution and decision making.
• Interact with all organizational levels and manage stakeholder expectations.
