Qualifications

• 4–6 years in solutions architecture or enterprise implementation.
• Deep expertise in integration architecture, API frameworks, and data migration methodologies.
• Autonomous and able to make decisions in ambiguous enterprise environments.
• Strong project management across multiple enterprise implementations.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Documentation-driven with hands‑on handoff artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical design for enterprise restaurant implementations, including integration architecture and data migration approaches.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during Plan, Pilot, and Rollout phases.
• Validate integrations end‑to‑end and oversee rollout with architecture integrity and risk management.
• Collaborate with Pre‑Sales Engineers, Technical Onboarding Consultants, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery.
• Produce thorough handoff documentation at every stage, including configuration templates and integration specs.
• Identify and communicate architectural risks and coordinate resolution across internal teams.
