Everpure is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to be the strategic face of its Technical Services, bridging customer accounts, field sales, and engineering. You’ll drive crisis management, executive reviews, and proactive service delivery across the region to protect account health and growth.
You will translate customer feedback into product enhancements, lead regional governance, and mentor team members, with some travel (5–10%) and occasional after-hours support as needed.
Formación
- Ten+ years of experience supporting Fortune 500 accounts in enterprise tech services.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes escalations and crisis situations.
- Experience translating technical incidents into executive-ready RCA reports.
Responsabilidades
- Own high-severity customer issues end-to-end and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve incidents while minimizing downtime.
- Conduct RCA reviews and deliver executive state-of-account presentations to client leadership.
- Channel customer insights to product teams and translate field feedback into product/service improvements.
- Lead operational efficiency initiatives and mentor new team members to scale regional service capabilities.
