Job summary

Peraton seeks an experienced Enterprise Service and Configuration Management Analyst to join the ESM team, responsible for CMDB data, KPI/SLA reporting, and trend analysis across incidents, changes, problems, and requests. You will drive CI governance, data integrity, and root-cause analysis in collaboration with customer teams.

Your role includes hosting DORM meetings, producing actionable reports, and ensuring timely incident resolution in coordination with Peraton and customer personnel.

Qualifications

• 5 years with BS/BA or 9 years with HS Diploma/equivalent.
• 5 years of professional IT environment experience including IT services management tools like ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with ITIL and ESM concepts (incident, change and problem management, configuration management and change control).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage configuration items (CIs) and their relationships to deliver IT services.
• Maintain CMDB integrity across the service lifecycle and coordinate with change management.
• Analyze operational data to produce reports, highlight trends and insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate responses to customer data calls and publish RCA documentation.
• Support daily operations reviews and incident/problem/change tracking with customer teams.
