Job summary

Peraton seeks an experienced Enterprise Service and Configuration Management Analyst to join the ESM team in delivering KPI/SLA reporting and trend analysis for incidents, changes, problems, and requests. You will maintain CMDB data for on-prem and cloud environments and participate in RCA development for customer review.

You will collaborate with Peraton and customer teams, monitor aging items, and support RCAs and DORM meetings to ensure timely incident resolution and service improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 years with BS/BA or 9 years with HS Diploma/equivalent.
• 5 years professional IT service management experience in large environments.
• Experience with ITIL and ESM concepts including incident, change and problem management.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage configuration items (CIs) and CMDB data.
• Maintain CI integrity across the service lifecycle with change coordination.
• Analyze operational data and publish trend reports for decision making.
• Coordinate responses to customer data calls for configuration and operational data.
