Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Enterprise Service and Configuration Management Analyst to join the Enterprise Services Management (ESM) team in supporting CMDB data, KPI/SLA tracking, and incident/change/problem analysis. Responsibilities include maintaining CI data, driving root cause analysis, and coordinating with customer and contractor teams in a complex IT environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years with BS/BA or 9 years with HS Diploma/equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience in large-scale IT environments with ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL, CMDB, incident/change/problem management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and manage configuration items (CIs) and their relationships in the CMDB.
• Diagnose issues from identification to resolution and conduct gap analysis.
• Analyze operational data to produce reports and highlight trends for decision making.
• Coordinate responses to customer data calls and publish results.
• Support tracking/reporting for incidents, changes, and requests.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems.
• Host/participate in Daily Operations Review Meeting (DORM) and support RCAs.
