Job summary

NextGen Security LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Senior Service Technician to service, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise level electronic security systems for healthcare, higher education, utilities, data centers and industrial clients.

You will lead technical efforts on Access Control and Video Surveillance, ensure systems operate reliably, build strong customer relationships, and may travel or perform after-hours service calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with installing and maintaining enterprise-level access control systems.
• Experience with enterprise-level video management systems (IP-based and analog).
• Technical/electrical background.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, testing and repair of enterprise level electronic security systems.
• Lead technical efforts in Access Control and Video Surveillance.
• Ensure systems operate reliably and maintain customer relationships.
• Support operations team and occasional after-hours calls.
