Job summary

NextGen Security is seeking an experienced electronic security installation technician to join a fast growing team. The role covers project oversight, system programming, activation and commissioning, installation of field devices, and servicing high-end security devices.

Extensive weekly travel is required and you will work with enterprise access control and video management systems in commercial and industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience installing and maintaining security systems.
• Experience with enterprise-level access control and video management systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field projects and provide in-field supervision.
• Program system components and configurations.
• Activate and commission projects in the field.
• Install field devices and ensure proper integration.
• Service high-end integrated security devices; provide ongoing maintenance.
