Blue Cross NC seeks a Senior Safety & Security Advisor to lead enterprise safety, security operations, incident response, and risk mitigation across our company family. This senior individual contributor role provides hands-on support for workplace safety, physical security, investigations, and security program execution, while also assisting executive protection.

Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Security & Executive Protection, the role requires discretion, strong judgment, and readiness

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience; no degree must have 7 years of related experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• CPR, AED, and first aid certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Eligible to obtain a concealed weapon license.

Responsabilidades

• Support enterprise security operations and incident response across locations, including triage, coordination, and investigations.
• Assist with security incidents, emergencies, and events affecting people, facilities, or operations.
• Document, report, and escalate security concerns per established protocols.
• Provide backup operational support to the Manager during absences or surge periods.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and law enforcement as needed.
