Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Safety & Security Advisor to support enterprise safety, security operations, incident response, and risk mitigation across locations. This senior individual contributor role provides hands-on operational support for workplace safety, physical security, investigations, and security program execution, including executive protection as needed.

Qualifikationen

• CPR, AED and first aid certification required within first 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license required for on-site duties.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or 7 years of related experience if no degree.

Aufgaben

• Support enterprise security operations and incident response across locations.
• Assist with investigations, reporting, and escalation of security concerns.
• Provide backup operational support to the Manager during absences or surge periods.
• Coordinate with law enforcement partners as needed.
• Support executive protection services and travel assignments.
