Job summary

Baptist Health is a not-for-profit healthcare system seeking a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer to design, implement, manage and monitor advanced security tools and controls protecting patients, staff and data.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with enterprise security tools, deep knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac OS, and experience with data protection controls (Varonis, MIP, DLP). You will coordinate incidents, work with vendors and respond to on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing and supporting security tools in enterprise environments.
• Experience with data protection controls including Varonis, MIP and DLP across web, email and endpoints.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac OS, mobile device management, endpoint protection and network security.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Desirable certifications: SSCP, HCISSP or CISSP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, manage and monitor security tools and controls protecting patients, employees, data and assets.
• Respond to security breaches and coordinate remediation with appropriate resources.
• Develop and implement operational workflows to enhance security and efficiency.
• Report and communicate with client departments, vendors and technical teams.
• Rotational on-call, 24x7 duties may be required.
