Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation seeks a Server Services Manager to oversee a broad enterprise IT infrastructure, including VMware virtualization, Windows and Linux servers, SQL database administration, and Cisco UCS hardware.

You will lead a team to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance, work across storage, networking, and disaster recovery tools, and partner with vendors to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a System Administrator with VMware, Windows, Linux, SQL, and Cisco UCS.
• 7+ years in related roles within large enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee VMware virtualization, Windows and Linux server environments, SQL database administration, and Cisco UCS hardware.
• Manage enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Lead a team for installation, configuration, and maintenance of VMware, Cisco UCS, and related technologies.
• Coordinate disaster recovery efforts using vCenter tools (e.g., SRM) and backup/recovery processes.
