Brooksource seeks an experienced Senior Enterprise Security Application Developer to join a Fortune 500 Energy & Utilities client’s team in Charlotte, NC. You’ll work on BEAR Enhancements, collaborating with Firewall Compliance to ensure security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

The role is hybrid (3 days onsite in uptown Charlotte) with a pay rate of $60-$70 per hour on a W-2, for a 1-year contract with strong extension or potential full-time hire.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of application development and support experience.
• Strong SQL background with DBA familiarity.
• Proficiency in C# and Python for data tasks.
• Angular GUI development and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and complex data stores.
• Familiarity with firewall policies or networks.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor health, performance, and reliability of BEAR applications.
• Design and develop complex software to meet business needs.
• Translate ideas into actionable user stories and deliver outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and apply human performance tools.
• Lead code reviews, document best practices, and maintain source control.
• Collaborate with Firewall Compliance to drive data integrity.
• Develop secure applications aligned with IT security standards.
• Embrace Agile and maintain rigorous documentation.
• Manage multiple priorities and user stories in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize SQL, C#, Python, Angular, RESTful APIs, Kafka as needed.
