Job summary

Apex Systems, LLC is seeking a Security Solution Architect to design and lead secure architectures across applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and security initiatives. Hybrid role preferred in Cedar Rapids, IA, Denver, CO, or Philadelphia, PA; remote considered for the right candidate.

You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable security solutions, perform threat modeling and architecture reviews, and collaborate with engineering, security, and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on CyberArk administration and privileged access management experience.
• Experience with AWS security architecture and cloud security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead secure architectures across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and security initiatives.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable security solutions; conduct threat modeling and architecture reviews.
• Develop security controls for identity and access management, vaulting, cloud security, application security, and software supply chain security.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with approved architecture standards and governance.
