Integra LifeSciences is hiring a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Sales Operations in the United States. You will support Enterprise Executive Directors with pricing analytics, contract administration, and performance reporting, using Excel, Looker, Power BI and Cognos.

The role includes training new analysts, creating templates, and ensuring contract pricing accuracy and compliance. You will liaise with cross-functional teams, load contracts into Model N, and deliver condensed reporting for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or seven years of related experience, or equivalent mix.
Minimum of five to seven years in analytics, contract administration, customer service, or finance.
Experience with Cognos, Power BI, Looker and Excel at an intermediate level.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical/Medical Device data and reporting.

Responsibilities

Support Enterprise Executive Directors with advanced analytics on pricing and customer performance.
Administer contracts, rebates, and fees; ensure compliance with agreements.
Produce financial reporting for quarterly business reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional contracting operations and data templates.
Provide timely updates and escalate projects as needed.
Train new analysts and act as SME on cross-functional projects.
