Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Sales Enablement Marketing to own the marketing layer of the enterprise selling experience. You will craft messaging, content, and enablement that help enterprise sellers win and retain dealer groups across the Cox Automotive portfolio.

The role sits between Sales, Product, and Marketing, partnering with Enterprise Sales to win business and with Product Marketing to reflect enterprise needs in positioning and roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Proven experience supporting an enterprise sales organization with content.
Active use of AI tools for content creation and personalization.

Responsibilities

Partner with Enterprise Sales to build pitches, ROI models, and battle cards.
Lead enablement for launches and ensure field adoption with Product Marketing.
Develop enterprise content libraries and governance for scalable reuse.
Provide real-time deal support and strategic pitch execution.
Create executive presentations and ROI tools validated with Finance.
