Cox Automotive Inc. is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Sales Enablement Marketing to own the marketing layer of the enterprise selling experience.

You will craft messaging, content, and enablement that help enterprise dealers win and retain across Retail360, connecting Attract, Shop, Transact, and Own. This role sits between Sales, Product, and Marketing, partnering with Enterprise Sales and Product Marketing to ensure enterprise needs are reflected in positioning, roadmap, and launch enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 6 years in B2B marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, or strategic consulting.
• Proven ability translating complex, multi-product capability into clear business value for executive buyers.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales with content creation and real-time deal support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Sales to win business and with Product Marketing to reflect enterprise needs in positioning.
• Own enterprise content lifecycle, governance, and a reusable content library for field adoption.
• Develop enterprise narratives and ROI tools validated with Finance before shipping.
• Use AI to scale content variants, customize outreach, and improve content tagging for sellers.
• Lead RFP response strategy and provide real-time deal support for high-stakes pursuits.
• Create executive-level presentations and thought leadership for enterprise buyers.
