You will audit multi-step sales processes, shape evaluation rubrics, and produce client-facing materials while collaborating with top-tier enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years of hands-on enterprise selling experience.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Fluency with the standard enterprise tech stack and sales tools (Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for what good looks like in enterprise sales workflows.
• Build golden trajectories by executing end-to-end sales tasks to train the model.
• Shape evaluation rubrics to distinguish great selling from average.
• Work in realistic sandboxes simulating CRM, communication, and billing tools.
• Produce senior-level, customer-facing artifacts like pitches and summaries.
