Job summary

Asure Software Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to sell Payroll Tax Management solutions to enterprise market companies in the assigned geography. You will develop and implement a sales strategy, network, cold call, and run discovery calls and demos for senior executives.

Build strong relationships and pipelines while consistently hitting quotas. You will self-generate leads, set up meetings with decision makers, and present outsized value beyond product features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in consultative software sales
• Experience selling Payroll Tax Management solutions or HCM SaaS is preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple sales engagements and pipelines

Responsibilities

• Self-generating and managing marketing-generated leads to build a solid pipeline
• Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers and senior executives
• Presenting value of partnership beyond product features during all sales phases
• Diligently recording sales activities in Salesforce and providing accurate forecasts
• Negotiating agreements that are win-win for Asure and clients
• Conducting product demonstrations and presenting value to prospects and clients
• Achieving and exceeding sales quotas
• Building strong client relationships and pipelines
