Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise SAAS sales.
• Proficient with Shopify, BigCommerce, SAP, NetSuite; Salesforce a plus.
• Strong communication, coachable, and track record of exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Target mid-market and enterprise clients with strong ecommerce presence.
• Understand ecommerce return services, logistics, and workflows.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management post-sale.
• Travel for trade shows and partner events.
• Provide feedback on features and partnerships based on customer input.
