Placements24 is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for its flagship SaaS offerings in a fully remote role. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver customer value from anywhere.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in product management, a proven track record launching and scaling SaaS products, and strong leadership of cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SaaS products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
• Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Prioritize backlog and manage lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Advocate for user needs and ensure a great UX.
• Define and track key product metrics.
• Mentor junior product managers.
• Present strategy and updates to executives.
