Job summary

Tutor Intelligence is seeking a senior, technically credible customer-facing leader to own a portfolio of enterprise deployments. You will serve as the primary technical partner for sites, bridging operations, engineering, and maintenance to ensure successful outcomes.

You will diagnose issues across software, hardware, and processes, while collaborating with engineering to drive improvements. Willingness to be on-site and engage with senior leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical customer-facing roles or robotics deployment.
• Deep technical understanding of complex robotic systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues across software, hardware and processes.
• Strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customer sites end-to-end and be the primary technical partner.
• Develop deep knowledge of Tutor robot systems for credible customer engagement.
• Diagnose and resolve operational and technical issues in real environments.
• Partner with engineering to implement improvements without writing code.
• Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder networks and manage escalations.
• Track fleet health, uptime, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate field reality into product insights for roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on expansion opportunities.
