Capital One is seeking a Senior Risk Manager for Enterprise Risk Management to drive risk framework enhancements and governance across the organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, work with technology, product, and data teams, and deliver real-time risk visibility to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Financial Services Risk Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify and standardize risk processes.
• Leverage data analysis and operational insights to identify core problems and formulate effective solutions.
• Collaborate with 1st Line and 2nd Line stakeholders to align strategies and ensure consistent execution across business lines.
• Partner with technology, product, and data teams to implement required system and process updates.
• Design and implement risk metrics to measure framework effectiveness and process health.
• Lead training across lines of defense to ensure consistent adoption and execution.
• Establish and manage guidance to ensure consistent execution across business lines.
• Design and manage reporting that provide real-time visibility into process health for leadership.
• Provide subject matter expertise on risk processes when representing ERM in projects and other meetings.
• Deliver reporting and executive-level presentations that provide leadership with real-time risk visibility.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple organizations to achieve objectives.
