Qualifications

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify and standardize risk processes.
• Leverage data analysis and insights to identify core problems and solutions.
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd Line stakeholders to align strategies.
• Partner with technology, product, and data teams to implement updates.
• Design and implement risk metrics to measure framework health.
• Deliver reporting and executive-level presentations with real-time risk visibility.
• Develop practical solutions to improve risk management using data and tech.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
