T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an IT Audit Manager to lead cross-functional audits across technology, cybersecurity, and data analytics. You will oversee co-source partners, root-cause analysis, and remediation tracking within an autonomous, high-impact environment.

In this role you’ll translate complex risks into actionable insights, mentor staff, and help shape the annual audit plan. Travel up to 10% is required, and a CPA/CISA/CIA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in technology organization, internal auditing, business analysis, or program evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree in technology field is required.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is preferred.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and ML to audit procedures.
• Knowledge of internal auditing principles, risk management, and IIA standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and co-source partners to set risk-based audit strategies and project plans.
• Lead and own audit engagements across scope from planning to post-audit follow-up.
• Define audit scope and approach, directing partners in developing and executing programs.
• Document audit issues, root causes, and recommended remediation with business partners.
• Coordinate with co-source teams to develop scope, workplans, reports, issues, and recommendations.
• Communicate findings through written reports and oral presentations to management.
• Maintain relationships with partners, staff, and management to ensure collaboration.
• Track outstanding issues and remediation progress with business partners.
