T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Business & Tech Risk Integration to embed risk management into business and technical workflows.

The hybrid role will involve collaboration across Technology, Compliance, Audit, and Business Operations to assess risks, design controls, and drive automation for audit readiness and modernized compliance practices. The position bridges legacy processes with tech-enabled solutions, ideal for a curious problem-solver eager to expand in AI governance,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT risk management, information systems, business or related field
1-4 years IT risk management, IT compliance, enterprise risk, audit, or similar roles (preferred)
Familiarity with risk and control frameworks (SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, COSO, COBIT) and automation concepts (AI governance)

Responsibilities

Conduct proactive risk assessments across business and IT initiatives, including cloud migrations and AI use cases
Design and evaluate end-to-end business systems to identify and manage SOX and other risks
Assess and optimize processes, controls, and systems to close compliance gaps
Support risk scenarios and impact/likelihood models to gauge risk levels and potential failures
Help modernize controls and embed automation within enterprise processes
Design and build controls leveraging GRC platforms and standards (NIST, COBIT, SOX)
Manage end-to-end IT project risk programs and remediation cycles
Translate technical risk concepts into business language for stakeholders
