Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, developing policies, mentoring staff, and building risk metrics with business units, while promoting a proactive risk culture and timely communication across leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, actuarial science, business management, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 8 years of professional job related experience.
• RCSA experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual risk assessments across the organization with senior management input.
• Coordinate development of enterprise risk policies and practices.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and share knowledge.
• Develop risk metrics, limits, and tolerances with business units.
• Embed a culture of risk management and problem-solving across the company.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to drive risk-informed decisions.
