Ladders is seeking a Senior Director for Integrated Risk Management to lead enterprise risk, governance, and resilience programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience in risk, audit, or compliance.
• 5 years of experience in a Second Line of Defense capacity in a complex organization.
• Direct experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Internal Audit.
• Experience presenting to and collaborating with a Board and Audit and Risk Committee.
• Deep understanding of global risk profiles and emerging risks.

This leader will shape and elevate an enterprise-wide risk program that brings together governance, assurance, resilience, and strategic decision support. The role will oversee teams responsible for enterprise risk management and business resilience while strengthening the framework that guides risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across the organization.
