Job summary

KBH Industrial provides expert technical services for Mechanical Enterprise Risk Projects, enabling Project Managers to deliver on time, within budget, and with high quality. This role requires deep field experience and proven knowledge of best practices and codes to drive efficient execution and risk mitigation.

The position supports CPM/RMM management and project managers, focusing on reducing outage durations, saving critical path hours, and precluding costly risks while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree or extensive electrical/industrial experience.
• Experience with multiple outage refueling events.
• Familiar with project controls, risk registers, and testing plans.
• Ability to identify execution improvements and prevent errors.
• Knowledge of ASME, NRC, and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Review project docs to refine schedules and resource use.
• Validate quality of WOTs before field activities.
• Provide input on acceptance plans and mock-ups.
• Offer guidance on execution strategies and risk responses.
• Communicate operational experience and lessons learned.
