Job summary

EY’s Government and Infrastructure Risk Consulting practice in McLean seeks a Senior for Enterprise Risk, Controls & Resilience. You will lead day-to-day engagement workstreams, supervise staff, and serve as a trusted contact for client stakeholders.

You will bring depth in internal controls, ERM, and third‑party risk, collaborating with a global team to deliver measurable risk-led outcomes for federal, state, and local clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of internal audit, controls, or risk management experience.
• Experience leading a workstream or engagement tasks.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to ~30% as required.
• Experience with A-123, USSGL or SFFAS and ERM concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with GRC platforms and vendor risk management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on internal controls, audit readiness, ERM or third-party risk engagements.
• Plan priorities, manage deadlines and coordinate with process owners.
• Lead walkthroughs, evaluate control design and develop risk matrices and test plans.
• Supervise staff and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Quality-review testing and documentation delivered by SDC teams.
• Build reusable tools, risk taxonomies and test libraries.
• Develop client relationships and spot follow-on needs.
