Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. You will advance the organization’s three lines of defense, partner with Internal Audit and Compliance, and mature GRC data and processes in a dynamic market infrastructure setting.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in risk management at a SIFI/SIFMU, strong COSO/RCSA knowledge, and hands-on experience with GRC platforms to support governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in operational or enterprise risk management.
• Experience at a Systemically Important Financial Institution (SIFI) or SIFMU preferred.
• Familiarity with COSO, RCSA, risk metrics, and issue management.
• Hands-on experience with GRC tools to support risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to second line activities to drive the risk management framework and maturity in the U.S.
• Collaborate with ERM leads, business units, Internal Audit, and Compliance to enhance risk monitoring and dashboards.
• Provide independent challenge to first line risk owners and influence risk decisions.
• Facilitate risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs) and evaluate risk ratings and control effectiveness.
• Review classification, root cause analysis, remediation plans, and validation of issues.
