Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking an experienced Release Manager to join the Enterprise Applications & Data Services team in Philadelphia.

This role coordinates complex enterprise software releases across products, platforms, and strategic initiatives, partnering with Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security and business stakeholders to ensure predictable, transparent, compliant, and low-risk releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Release Management or closely related area.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple applications or teams.
• Ownership of end-to-end release activities including calendars and go/no-go decisions.
• Experience with Change Advisory Board (CAB) and change-management processes.
• Managing release risks, dependencies, escalations, and rollback/contingency plans.
• Experience with audit, compliance, and release governance requirements.
• Experience with Agile/SDLC and CI/CD or DevOps tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Own and publish the enterprise release calendar across multiple products and platforms.
• Lead release planning, readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and sign-offs.
• Coordinate delivery activities across Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security and business teams.
• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies and resource constraints; create mitigations and contingency plans.
• Represent releases in CAB and ensure governance and approvals.
• Develop implementation and cutover plans; coordinate go-lives and post-release validation.
• Own release communications including downtime notifications and executive status reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready release records and evidence; ensure compliance with release controls.
