Job summary

Clarivate is seeking an experienced Release Manager to join the Enterprise Applications & Data Services team in Philadelphia. You will coordinate complex enterprise software releases across products, platforms and strategic initiatives, partnering with Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security and business stakeholders to ensure predictable, compliant and low-risk releases.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in Release Management or related areas.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple applications and teams.
• Own end-to-end release activities including calendars, readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions.
• Experience with Change Advisory Board (CAB) and production change approvals.
• Experience managing release risks, dependencies and contingency plans.
• Familiarity with audit, compliance and release governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain and publish the enterprise release calendar across products and platforms.
• Lead release planning, readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security and business teams.
• Identify and manage release risks, blockers and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Represent releases in CAB and ensure governance and approvals.
• Develop cutover plans and coordinate go-lives and post-release validation.
• Own clear release communications, including downtime notices and status reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready release records and release documentation.
• Establish release KPIs and drive improvements with Engineering and DevOps.
