Job summary

Clarivate Plc is seeking an experienced Release Manager to join the Enterprise Applications & Data Services team. Based in Philadelphia, you will coordinate complex enterprise software releases across multiple products and platforms, ensuring predictable, transparent and compliant deployments.

You will own end-to-end release processes, lead readiness and go/no-go discussions, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure proper approvals and communications before changes reach production.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience in Release Management or related areas.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple applications, products or technical teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end release activities including calendars and go/no-go decisions.
• Experience leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Change Management processes.
• Experience managing release risks, dependencies, escalations and contingencies.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance and release governance requirements.
• Experience in Agile/SDLC and CI/CD environments with Jira/ServiceNow or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain and publish the enterprise release calendar across products and platforms.
• Lead release planning, readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery activities across Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure and Security.
• Identify and manage release risks, dependencies and resource constraints with mitigation plans.
• Represent releases in CAB and change-control forums with proper approvals.
• Develop cutover plans and coordinate go-lives and post-release validation.
• Deliver clear release communications including downtime notices and status reports.
• Maintain audit-ready release records and ensure policy compliance.
• Establish release KPIs and partner with teams to improve predictability and quality.
