Job summary

The American College of Financial Services is seeking a Release Manager to establish and govern enterprise-wide release management across our technology stack, including Salesforce and multiple web platforms. The role focuses on standardized processes, governance, and controls to ensure secure, high-quality deployments.

This is a full-time position reporting to the AVP of Enterprise Applications & Web Development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading release management across multiple systems and platforms.
• Strong governance, change management, and audit-readiness capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and risk reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release processes across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, Prod) for Salesforce and enterprise web apps.
• Coordinate releases across Salesforce, integrations, web apps, APIs, and authentication services.
• Maintain enterprise release calendar and manage code freezes, blackout periods, and deployment activities.
