Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field of Study or equivalent years of experience required.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Previous leadership, lead, or team support role experience required (0–1 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, high-priority projects aligned with CQO and enterprise-wide quality goals.
• Partner with executive, clinical, and operational leaders to drive patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables; identify risks and apply mitigation.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide working groups or committees with clear objectives and measurable results.
• Create and maintain project records to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise and with external vendors/partners.
• Promote Mass General Brigham values and a culture of accountability and collaboration.
