Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Senior Project Manager to independently lead enterprise-wide quality initiatives spanning Hospital Quality, Compliance, Infection Control, Risk & Safety, and related priorities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's preferred.
• 5-7 years in project management, healthcare preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide quality initiatives in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, high-priority quality initiatives aligned with CQO and enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with executive, clinical, and operational leaders to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables; identify risks and mitigate them.
