Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Enterprise Project Risk Manager in Seattle, WA to establish and scale enterprise risk management across divisions. The role serves as trusted advisor to leadership, embedding risk management into daily operations to improve visibility, consistency and predictability of project outcomes.

The position leads ERM for project-level risk, builds scalable risk processes, and partners with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure aligned risk ownership and mitigation

Qualifications

• Experience designing and launching an Enterprise Risk framework.
• Ability to identify, assess, and monitor project risks across divisions.
• Ability to partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations on risk ownership.

Responsibilities

• Establish ERM framework for project-level risk (Tier III).
• Develop scalable processes to identify, assess, and monitor risks.
• Create standardized risk language, categories, and scoring.
• Build tools including checklists and dashboards for risk evaluation.
• Advise leadership and embed risk management in operations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Operations on mitigations.
• Lead program communications and change management activities.
• Conduct high-risk project review meetings and iterations.
