Job summary

Leidos at Fort Belvoir, VA seeks an Enterprise Project Management Manager to lead a cross-functional portfolio within a $260M+ program. The role demands strong leadership, advanced planning, Agile and PMI practices, and hands-on guidance to project managers and scrum masters.

On-site four days a week with security clearances and executive interaction. You will drive process improvements, develop executive reporting, manage risks, and ensure milestone delivery across multiple initiatives while

Qualifications

Requires BS degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or MS with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
On-site work at Fort Belvoir four days a week.
Active PMP certification from PMI.
Expert knowledge of Leidos processes and strong operational understanding.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects from scope to execution, influencing leaders to meet objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and business outcomes across the division.
Lead cross-functional reviews and present solutions and results to leadership.
Coordinate with team members across time zones and manage project plans using Agile frameworks.
