Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Knoxville, TN to drive end-to-end delivery of large enterprise projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, scope, and cross-functional dependencies, ensuring successful outcomes and executive visibility.

Ideal candidates bring PMP or Agile certifications and 5–10 years of progressive project leadership in matrixed settings, with strong communication and negotiation skills to influence diverse teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related field.
• PMP and Agile certifications highly preferred.
• 5-10 years in progressive project experience in large, complex initiatives in matrixed organizations or management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day management of enterprise projects from planning through closure.
• Lead highly complex, cross-functional programs with visibility and value.
• Create detailed schedules, scope, budgets, and resource plans to deliver projects successfully.
• Influence cross-functional teams to understand their tasks and how they fit the overall plan.
• Provide updates to executives on project health, progress, and roadblocks.
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive issue resolution with urgency and quality.
