This role emphasizes support for preconstruction teams, enhancing estimating processes, and safeguarding project margins across our portfolio of mechanical operating companies.

The successful candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of relevant experience, chiefly within advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial sectors. A competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 is offered, along with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chief Estimator, Preconstruction Manager, or Senior Estimator.
• Strong preference for Hyperscale Data Centers and Mission-Critical projects.
• Proven track record of leading projects with commitment to Ethics and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Visit Operating Companies to provide guidance and support.
• Assess preconstruction maturity and improve margin discipline.
• Transfer best practices across companies and enhance positioning in data centers.

Preconstruction or Estimating Market/Sector experience

Estimating platforms (e.g., QuoteSoft, FastPIPE)

Labor productivity and material databases

BIM-driven quantification processes

Education
