Job summary

EMCOR Construction Services, Inc. (ECS) seeks an Enterprise Project & Fab Leader based out of McLean, VA, with strong prefabrication and fabrication expertise across mechanical piping, plumbing, and HVAC. Responsibilities include mentoring operating companies and driving project execution from procurement to completion, ensuring budget and schedule adherence.

Travel up to 40–50% is expected. Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $225,000, with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related areas of study; and minimum of 10-15 years experience in Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, Sheet Metal/HVAC.
Experience in Project Executive, Operations Manager, Fabrication/Prefab Leader or Senior Project leader on $100M+ projects.
Strong leadership of large multi-trade projects and preference for data center/mission critical, healthcare and complex commercial construction.

Responsibilities

Visit operating companies to support project teams and fabrication processes (travel up to 40–50%).
Assess execution rigor and field performance; support turnarounds where needed.
Develop project execution playbooks and optimize prefabrication integration with field operations.
Mentor project teams and drive cost tracking, forecasting and productivity improvements.
