Bahnson Mechanical Systems in the Southeast, part of EMCOR Group, seeks a Sheetmetal Foreman with extensive commercial experience to lead our team on multiple projects. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, supervise field crews, and drive safety, schedule, and quality on site.

Candidates should have strong leadership, piping/orbital welding exposure, and the ability to coordinate with project management, owners, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of piping/orbital welding project supervision.
• 3+ years of supervising construction teams of 10 or more.
• Experience communicating, negotiating and building rapport with customers and GC’s.
• Ability to work safely and show career progression.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate management of mechanical construction projects with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with regulations on site.
• Develop and implement detailed schedules and production plans considering budget and safety goals.
• Maintain daily, progress, and safety reports and documentation.
• Review plans, blueprints, and drawings per contract documents and specifications.
• Procure tools and materials to meet the work schedule and determine staffing levels.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to subcontract terms.
• Promote and enforce company safety programs and HASP.
