Job summary

FORTNA is seeking a Project Director to lead and own delivery for high-value automation programs across multiple U.S. sites, acting as the senior customer-facing leader.

You will drive end-to-end execution from transition through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring financial performance and risk management. This remote role requires travel and a proven track record in large-scale delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or international equivalent) requested.
• 8+ years of program management, project delivery, or supply chain/automation leadership.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex automation programs across multi-site environments.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, resources, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate engineering, software, controls, and operations teams for integrated execution.
• Provide senior customer leadership and relationship management throughout the program.
• Ensure safety, quality, governance, and timely program reporting.
