FORTNA is seeking a Project Director to serve as the senior delivery leader for strategic, high-value accounts across U.S. sites. This role operates as an enterprise-level project manager and trusted advisor, accountable for successful automation program execution.

The position is remote with significant travel and requires coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated MHE, robotics, software, and controls solutions while maintaining schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex customer implementations.
• 8+ years in program management, project delivery, or automation leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site, cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of a large, complex customer project site, typically exceeding $60M in value.
• Lead all phases of project delivery from transition out of solution design through installation, commissioning, testing, go-live, and closeout.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, resources, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, software, and operations teams for integrated delivery.
• Drive risk mitigation and timely escalation to ensure project success.
