Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale initiatives across the global product portfolio. You will drive cross-functional execution with Product, Technology, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and leadership teams to translate strategy into clear delivery plans and measurable business value.

You will partner with senior leaders to establish governance, dashboards, and performance metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and coach teams toward disciplined

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading complex programs across enterprise delivery.
• Proven track record influencing senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and performance reporting.
• Experience with globally distributed teams and regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs with enterprise visibility.
• Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans and governance routines.
• Define success measures and track benefits realization.
• Create executive dashboards and reporting for decision making.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
